Salad with wild rocket leaves, grilled shrimps, peaches and chili
Roasted shrimps, peaches and wild rocket in a salad worth trying!

INGREDIENTS
Ingredients for a great salad
- 1 bag of rocket salad "From the Vezyroglou Farm"
- 2 spring onions
- Fresh mint
- Fresh coriander
- 1 chopped chili pepper
- 2 peaches in thin slices
For shrimp
- 16 shrimps, cleaned
- A little olive oil
- Lemon juice
For the sauce
- 1 peach (or nectarine) ripe
- 1 lemon, (its juice)
- 6 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper
METHOD
- Wash and dry the salad and spices. Finely chop the onions, add the chili pepper, the peaches (sliced) and mix.
- Dry the shrimps well and sprinkle with a little olive oil. Put a pan to burn well. Place the shrimps and cook over high heat for a few minutes, until well cooked on both sides. When they are ready, take them out and leave them aside to come to room temperature. Pass them with a little lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Prepare the sauce. We pass all the ingredients together from the multi until we have a nice firm sauce.
- We prepare the salad. Put four - five tablespoons of the sauce and stir. Add the shrimps and serve.
