Kale Mix salad with grilled mushrooms and gruyere
INGREDIENTS
Ingredients for a large salad / 4 servings
- 1 bag Kale Mix Salad "From the Vezyroglou Farm"
- Fresh aromatic herbs
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
For the mushrooms
- 200 gr. mushrooms in large pieces
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
For the sauce
- 1 tbsp. mustard
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. water
For serving
100 gr, grated gruyere
METHOD
- We prepare the salad. Wash and dry the leaves of Kale Mix and the herbs. Add the onions and cherry tomatoes.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Put the mushrooms in a pan. Put the garlic, oregano, paprika, olive oil in the multi and grind. Stir in the mushrooms and cook for about 15 minutes or until the mushrooms are ready.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together in a nice, relatively fluid sauce. When the mushrooms are ready we can serve.
- Mix the salad with the mushrooms, add the sauce, the gruyere and serve.
