Kale Mix salad with grilled mushrooms and gruyere

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients for a large salad / 4 servings

  • 1 bag Kale Mix Salad "From the Vezyroglou Farm"
  • Fresh aromatic herbs
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half

    For the mushrooms

    • 200 gr. mushrooms in large pieces
    • 4 cloves garlic
    • 2 tbsp. dried oregano
    • 1 tbsp. paprika
    • 4 tbsp. olive oil

      For the sauce

      • 1 tbsp. mustard
      • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
      • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
      • 2 tbsp. water

      For serving

      100 gr, grated gruyere


      METHOD
      • We prepare the salad. Wash and dry the leaves of Kale Mix and the herbs. Add the onions and cherry tomatoes.
      • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
      • Put the mushrooms in a pan. Put the garlic, oregano, paprika, olive oil in the multi and grind. Stir in the mushrooms and cook for about 15 minutes or until the mushrooms are ready.
      • Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together in a nice, relatively fluid sauce. When the mushrooms are ready we can serve.
      • Mix the salad with the mushrooms, add the sauce, the gruyere and serve.
