Italiki salad with mozzarella, tomato and basil

Ingredients for a large salad / 4 people

  • 1 bag of Italiki salad "From the Vezyroglou Farm"
  • 2 large ripe tomatoes
  • 200 gr. Cherry tomatoes
  • 10 radishes
  • 200 gr. Mozzarella
  • 50 gr. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

For serving

  • 200 gr. Basil pesto ready
  • Toasted bread



    METHOD
    • Wash and dry the Italiki salad, tomatoes and radishes. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and the tomatoes into slices.
    • Cut the radishes in half.
    • Put the vegetables in a bowl. Add the olive oil, salt and pepper and mix.
    • Serve on a large platter with the pesto and mozzarella on the side. Serve with toasted bread.
