Italiki salad with mozzarella, tomato and basil

INGREDIENTS
Ingredients for a large salad / 4 people
- 1 bag of Italiki salad "From the Vezyroglou Farm"
- 2 large ripe tomatoes
- 200 gr. Cherry tomatoes
- 10 radishes
- 200 gr. Mozzarella
- 50 gr. olive oil
- Salt and pepper
For serving
- 200 gr. Basil pesto ready
- Toasted bread
METHOD
- Wash and dry the Italiki salad, tomatoes and radishes. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and the tomatoes into slices.
- Cut the radishes in half.
- Put the vegetables in a bowl. Add the olive oil, salt and pepper and mix.
- Serve on a large platter with the pesto and mozzarella on the side. Serve with toasted bread.
