  • 1 bag Elliniki salad "From the Vezyroglou Farm"
  • 2 chopped onions
  • Fresh aromatic herbs
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 100 gr. grated gruyere

    For the apples

    • 1 apple, in thick slices
    • 1 tbsp. olive oil
    • Salt and pepper

    For the sauce

    • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
    • 2 tbsp. olive oil
    • Salt and pepper
      METHOD
      • We prepare the salad. Wash and dry the salad leaves. Put them in a bowl, add the onions, herbs, pomegranate seeds, gruyere and mix.
      • We prepare the apples. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
      • Put the apples in a bowl, add olive oil, salt, pepper, stir, transfer to a pan and bake in a preheated oven for about 12 minutes or until the apples are well cooked. When the apples are cooked, leave them aside to come to room temperature.
      • Prepare the sauce. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until you have a nice firm sauce.
      • Pour over the salad with the sauce, add the vinegar, stir and serve.
