Italian salad with beetroot, orange, and roasted hazelnuts

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients for a large salad / 4 people

  • 1 bag of Italiki salad "From the Vezyroglou Farm"
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • Fresh aromatic herbs
  • 4 beets, boiled
  • 2 oranges
  • 100 gr. hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 100 gr. soft goat cheese

    For the sauce

    • 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
    • 6 tbsp. olive oil
    • Salt and pepper

    METHOD
    • Wash and dry the Italiki salad and the spices.
    • Cut the beets into slices. Peel and slice the orange.
    • Treat the hazelnuts on a hot pan.
    • Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together. Pour the sauce over the salad, add the cheese, stir and serve
