Italian salad with beetroot, orange, and roasted hazelnuts

INGREDIENTS
Ingredients for a large salad / 4 people
- 1 bag of Italiki salad "From the Vezyroglou Farm"
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- Fresh aromatic herbs
- 4 beets, boiled
- 2 oranges
- 100 gr. hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
- 100 gr. soft goat cheese
For the sauce
- 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 6 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper
METHOD
- Wash and dry the Italiki salad and the spices.
- Cut the beets into slices. Peel and slice the orange.
- Treat the hazelnuts on a hot pan.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together. Pour the sauce over the salad, add the cheese, stir and serve
